Torrey Briegel is a U of A graduate who has dedicated his career to becoming an expert in the world of retail leasing and development. In his time at Phoenix Commercial Advisors, he worked with some of the Valley’s leading developers in the acquisition, entitlement, development and leasing of some of the most prominent shopping centers in Arizona. Over the years Torrey has represented tenants and buyers on hundreds of transactions from triple net leases, build to suits, ground leases and ground up developments. Costar has recognized him as a “Power Broker” for five consecutive years. Torrey has a detail-oriented, methodical and analytical way of thinking making him an integral part of the T-MAC team.
MacKenzie Hamann graduated from NAU and started her career in commercial construction. She then decided to pursue retail brokerage at Phoenix Commercial Advisors where she built a portfolio in both tenant and landlord representation. She is a tenacious negotiator and has a proven track record of closing successful deals. Her clients appreciate her attention to detail, her market knowledge and her ability to understand their business needs. Kenzie is an active member of ULI, ICSC, AZCREW, NAIOP and AAED. She is known for her ability to build strong partnerships with local governments, communities and clients.
